1. Que he designado abogado y procurador de oficio conforme a lo fundamentando y probado en mi escrito presentado el 6 de febrero de 2026 ante la Sección Tercera de la Sala de lo Penal de la Audiencia Nacional, por los cauces legales, sin que se me hayan asignado a la fecha, conforme a lo demás dispuesto en dicho escrito.

2.  Que, por lo tanto, mi representación procesal está supeditada a la asignación efectiva de dichos profesionales, lo que se estima será realizado próximamente. 

3.  Que, sin perjuicio de ello, he realizado mi defensa en ejercicio de mi autodefensa, conforme a lo también reiterado en dicho escrito.

4. Que en base a la importancia de lo expuesto, declarado y probado en mi escrito del 6 de febrero de 2026, entre lo que se encuentra lo anterior, entre otras cuestiones de más relevancia, la suspensión de las actuaciones procede con efecto ex tunc.

5. Que la actuación de los jueces, magistrados, jueces-magistrados, funcionarios, entre otros intervinientes, según lo que surge de mis presentaciones, es de naturaleza intimidatoria, agresiva, violenta, dolosa, cusándome malos tratos, tratos inhumanos, tratos denigrantes, tratos degradantes, humillaciones, agresiones físicas y psicológicas, ataques a mi integridad física y psicológica, torturas, tratos crueles, daños, lesiones, etc., demostrando el carácter autoatribuido por los integrantes de la Sección Tercera de la Sala de lo Penal de la Audiencia Nacional de no ser iguales a una persona como quien suscribe, un ciudadano español, aunque con una severa y grave discapacidad, lo que desequilibra la relación explícita del artículo 14 de la Constitución, que, por el carácter nacionalista de aplicación del presente escrito, sin perjuicio de sus efectos internacionales, hace que los que no se consideran iguales al resto ni en condiciones normales atendiendo a su forma de actuar, esto es, los integrantes de la Sección Tercera de la Sala de lo Penal, además humillen a personas con discapacidad inferiores per se por su inferioridad reconocida oficialmente, en este caso, de un 50% aproximadamente.

6.  Que la aplicación del Reglamento (UE) 2023/2844 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 13 de diciembre de 2023, sobre la digitalización de la cooperación judicial y del acceso a la justicia en asuntos transfronterizos civiles, mercantiles y penales, y por el que se modifican determinados actos jurídicos en el ámbito de la cooperación judicial, es plenamente aplicable, y, en virtud del mismo, transmitidos los datos del presente escrito a través de transmisión instantánea, en un mismo lugar o a distancia por aplicación de la realidad virtual, realidad aumentada, videoconferencia, videoteleconferencia, telerealidad, gaming, comunicaciones electrónicas, datos intercambiados en comunicaciones de toda naturaleza salvo alfabeto cirílico, escenarios en aplicación de eventos futuros predecibles (simulación de la realidad futura, aplicando escenario virtual o real creado con Meta Quest 3s), verbalización sonora o insonora aplicable en virtud de realidad virtual y/o IoT, dispositivos, Apps., Aplicaciones, interfaces, internet, web, on line, record, live, life, play, on demand, etc.  Aplican asimismo los artículos 162 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil a efectos nacionales, y demás disposiciones reguladoras. Se invocan ante rechazo generalizado de comunicaciones, escritos, recursos por plataformas como LexNET, por lo que la recepción tras el envío de cualquier escrito de esta parte, a esa Sección Tercera de la Sala de lo Penal de la Audiencia Nacional, entre otros y otras destinatarios, será válida en el marco interno del procedimiento de que se trate, y ad effectum videndi et probandi. 

En su virtud, 

SUPLICA a la SECCION TERCERA DE LA SALA DE LO PENAL DE LA AUDIENCIA NACIONAL que tenga por recordado que la designación de abogado y procurador (defensa técnica y representación procesal) la he realizado, estando en trámite la asignación de oficio según escrito del 6 de febrero de 2026, y por recordado lo demás expresado ut supra dictum est.

1. WHEREAS I have appointed an "de oficio" lawyer and solicitor (procurador), as stated and proven in my submitted brief. On February 6, 2026, I filed a motion with the Third Section of the Criminal Chamber of the National Court, following the proper legal terms; but no legal apointment has been assigned to me to date, as further stipulated in that motion.

2. WHEREAS, therefore, my legal defense and representation is due as of the effective assignment of said professionals, which is expected to occur shortly.

3. WHEREAS notwithstanding the foregoing, I have conducted my defense in the exercise of my right to self-representation, as also reiterated in that motion.

4. WHEREAS given the importance of the aforementioned and as proven in my motion of February 6, 2026, including the aforementioned points, among other relevant issues, the suspension of proceedings is warranted with retroactive effect (ex tunc).

5. WHEREAS the actions of the judges, magistrates, judge-magistrates, officials, and other participants, according to my submissions, are of an intimidating, aggressive, violent, and malicious nature, accusing me, agreeding me, frightening me, casuing inhuman treatment, degrading treatment, humiliation, physical and psychological assault, attacks on my physical and psychological integrity, torture, cruel treatment, damage, injury, etc., demonstrating the self-attributed character of the members of the Third Section of the Criminal Chamber of the National Court of not being equal to a person like myself, a Spanish citizen, albeit with a severe and serious disability, which disrupts the explicit relationship of Article 14 of the Constitution, which, due to the nationalist character of the application of this document, without prejudice to its international effects, means that those who do not consider themselves equal to the rest, even under normal conditions, given their way of acting, that is, the members of the Third Section of the Criminal Chamber, in addition Humiliate people with disabilities who are considered inferior by virtue of their officially recognized inferiority, in this case, approximately 50%.

These provisions are invoked due to the widespread rejection of communications, documents, and appeals of this party through platforms such as LexNET. Therefore, the receipt of any document from this party to the Third Section of the Criminal Chamber of the National Court, among other recipients, after its submission, will be valid within the internal framework of the relevant proceedings, and for the purpose of verification and proof.

Therefore,
